Multiple Arbitrary Function Generator Model 248t

A sixteen-stage programmable function generator after the Buchla 248 Multiple Arbitrary Function Generator. Each stage has an output voltage slider and an interval time slider, and is programmed from the centre: output pulses 1 and 2, quantized or continuous, sloped or stepped, full, half or limited range, operating modes stop, sustain, enable and first or last of a cycle, and time range. Two independent function generators read the stages, each with ART, voltage, time, reference and pulse outputs, a time multiplier, advance, start and stop, and a stage address set by knob or voltage. Four external inputs, twelve presets, quantization scales and keys, and autotune for ART oscillators. Part of the Buchla & Tiptop Audio 200t series, made under licence from Buchla.
